In 2025, the NASW Legal Defense Fund Helpdesk received over 800 calls, with the majority of questions related to three categories: access to records, board complaints, and working with child clients. In this presentation, Ashlee Fox, JD, MSW, and Frances Schopick, JD, MSW, will take you back to the basics to learn all you need to know about these integral aspects of social work practice.
