The culture of a workplace impacts the success of the organization’s mission and the well-being of its employees. This session will explore how social workers can help foster healthy, inclusive, and supportive workplace environments that strengthen collaboration, improve staff morale, and advance organizational mission and values. Participants will examine the characteristics of healthy workplace culture; identify unhealthy workplace dynamics and strategies to address them; and discuss the essential role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in creating a healthy workplace culture.
