How does the Virtual Career Fair work?

• After registering for the event, job seekers and employers will schedule their interviews.

• Job seekers will be able to explore companies participating and send out invitations for interviews.

• Employers will have the ability to review job seekers’ resumes and reach out to individual job seekers for interviews.

• Employers will respond to job seekers requesting interviews, and all participants will have a scheduling calendar where they can view and manage all of their interviews.
