Application Details: Timelines, Options, and Fees

Timelines

Submission Deadline

Completed applications MUST be submitted at least 21 days prior to the event start date. Applications submitted 21-45 days prior to the event start date will be assessed an automatic rush fee for their application (see the “Rush Fees” section below). To avoid any rush fees, submit your application at least 46 days prior to the event start date.

Application Decision

Once we receive your completed application, you can expect a response from our office based on the below timelines:

Up to 3 weeks: Applications submitted 46+ days prior to the event start date
Up to 1 week: Rush applications submitted 21-45 days prior to the event start date

Completed applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your application will not be considered complete until payment has been received and processed by the NASW-Alaska Chapter.

Base Application Fees

Non-Profit Organizations

$150.00: 1 day event
$200.00: 2 day event
$250.00: 3+ day event

For-Profit Organizations

$225.00: 1 day event
$300.00: 2 day event
$375.00: 3+ day event

Rush Fees

About Rush Fees

Applications submitted 21-45 days prior to the event start date will be assessed an automatic rush fee for their application. Rush fees are in addition to the base application fees listed above. Applications assessed a rush fee will undergo an expedited review (1 week vs 3 weeks). As a note, applications submitted less than 21 days prior to the event start date will NOT be accepted.
